2.	Please provide us with a hand-drawn (or computer-aided) sketch of your invention with the major parts shown and described. Simply sketch out a rough drawing figure in the space below or submit your sketch on a separate piece of paper.


3.	State the problems, limitations and disadvantages associated with existing solutions that are overcome by your invention.


4.	What new elements (e.g., physical components, circuitry) or combinations of existing parts, products, or methods produced the improvements over known technology?


5.	What are the closest known products to your invention?


6.	What are the potential known applications for use of the invention?


7.	Describe possible alternate designs, if any, of the invention (e.g., alternate structural designs, components, materials, process steps, etc.).
